# Beestow

> Beestow is a stock gifting platform. Send a market-linked gift in seconds — the recipient redeems it for cash. No brokerage account required on either side.

## What Beestow is

Beestow lets anyone send a gift whose value is linked to a real stock or ETF (Apple, Amazon, S&P 500, etc.). The recipient gets a claim link, signs in, and redeems the gift as cash transferred directly to their brokerage or bank account. Beestow holds the underlying inventory; recipients receive a prepaid contractual claim, not securities.

## How gifting works

1. Sender picks a stock or ETF, chooses an amount ($25+), adds a personal note
2. Gift is sent by email, text message, or printable QR code
3. Recipient opens a gift reveal, signs in to claim (free account)
4. Recipient redeems: passes a quick identity check, enters brokerage or bank details, receives cash via ACH transfer within 1–3 business days

## Pricing

Senders pay a small flat service fee at checkout (shown before confirming). Recipients pay nothing to claim. A flat cash-out fee applies only if the recipient chooses a bank account instead of a brokerage account.
