Delete Your Beestow Account

You can permanently delete your Beestow account and the personal information associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and exactly what is removed and what is retained.

How to delete your account

In the Beestow mobile app:

  1. Open the Beestow app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Account tab.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

On the web: Sign in at beestow.com/dashboard/account, then use Delete account in the account settings.

By email: If you can't access your account, email support@beestow.com from the address on your account and request deletion. We'll verify and process it for you.

Before you can delete

To make sure no gift value is lost, account deletion is blocked while you still hold a gift with redeemable value or a redemption in progress. If you have unredeemed gifts, please redeem them (or wait for any in-progress transfer to finish) first, then delete your account. If you need help, contact support@beestow.com.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal information, including:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your sign-in identity (you will no longer be able to log in)
  • Saved payment cards and your payment-processor customer record
  • Saved payout details (bank/brokerage routing and account numbers and any linked-account tokens)

What data is retained, and why

For legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, and unclaimed-property compliance, we retain records of past transactions — orders, gift claims, and redemptions — in a de-identified form no longer linked to your name, email, or phone number. We keep these records for as long as required by applicable financial regulations, which is typically several years. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention.

Deleting only some of your data

If you'd like us to delete specific personal data without closing your account, email support@beestow.com and we'll help. You can also review and exercise your privacy rights on our Your Privacy Choices page.
